The muslim populations in all Western nations should be monitored closely - much like cancerous moles on an otherwise healthy body.

And Jews, and Gypsies, and homosexuals, and liberals and the mentally handicapped too?

What if the muslims don't wish to be monitored? What is the response to them then?

Should we run a secret police like the commies did to monitor everyone?

It would be far more egalatarian to elect to monitor all then just some based on their religion.
