    Now im no astronomical expert but ive heard foam problems can cause problems for space shuttles. Rumors the link says is that there putting schedule ahead of safety. anyhoo i hope its good

    You don't need to by an astronomy expert for this, just an aeronautical engineering one... they are very very very cautious at NASA. Do a google of deaths in science, particularly antartica.

    The problem with the foam was a small crack at a hose connection which feeds super-cooled fuel to the main fuel booster tank - the big red one which has all the problems with foam. However, the foam at this area will crack anyway when the hoses are pulled shortly before launch. It was determined not to be a problem.
