Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster

1. Take the juice from one bottle of that Ol' Janx Spirit.

2. Pour into it one measure of water from the seas of Santraginus V. (Oh, that Santraginean seawater. Oh, those Santraginean fish!)

3. Allow three cubes of Arcturan Mega-gin to melt into the mixture (It must be properly iced or the benzene is lost).

4. Allow four litres of Fallian marsh gas to bubble through it. (In memory of all those happy hikers who have died of pleasure in the Marshes of Fallia.)

5. Over the back of a silver spoon float a measure of Qalactin Hypermint extract. (Redolent of all the heady odors of the dark Qualactin Zones.)

6. Drop in the tooth of an Algolian Suntiger. (Watch it dissolve, spreading the fires of the Algolian Suns deep into the heart of the drink.)

7. Sprinkle Zamphuor.

8. Add an olive.

9. Drink . . . but . . . very carefully . . .

Ah, the pan-Galactic gargle-Blaster...can't recommend them enough... a sensation rather akin to having your brains bashed out by a block of gold ... wrapped in lemon

For a change, something simple that even a retarded monkey could make:

Ingredients:
Tomatoes, large (number depends on the number of people present, usually 1/person)
Mozzarella (look up the number of tomatoes, similar)
Origano (leaves)
Olive oil

Preparation:

First things first, wash everything (except the oil, no need to wash that), and lay it out on a table.

Take a tomato, slice into thin slices vertically (that makes them thin, but fairly large). Do the same with the mozzarella.

Then, put the tomato slices on a platter, side-by-side (not to be stacked on top of each other), add a slice of mozzarella on top of each tomato slice. On top of each (piece of mozzarella, which is on a tomato slice) put a single leaf of origano, then pour olive oil over the stuff.

Serve.

It's simple, and when you get a surprise visit, have nothing prepared and have no time, make this, it is fairly exotic, filling and good for you.
