    Default HistWar: Les Grognards

A must-see for fans of tactical battle simulations, set in the Napoleanic era. This seems a lot like the amazing Take Command series, except it has 3d graphics instead of sprites. A good thing. The graphics aren't on par with RTW and the like, but if you like these kind of games, it's not because of the graphics.

Still in development, and we fear that delivery may not be as quick as anticipated.

However, grognards are looking forward to it.

Its one ive had my eye on to, for quite a while now.

Take Command, set in the Napoleonic era = much fun indeed

This game has been in development for ages but it's shaping up to be one hell of a tactical wargame if it lives up to the hype. To those who have really high expectations be warned, the previous Napoleonic title by Jean-Michele Mathe was seriously lacking, especially with regard to the user interface which was positively horrible. However, JMM seems to have taken all the criticism leveled at his previous game to heart and we must take into account the fact that Battlefront has decided to publish & distribute Histwar in the States (I am assuming that Battlefront got their hands on a late alpha or early beta build and thought it was good enough to add to their product line).

I have my fingers, legs and eyes crossed for this one...
