Wow guys this looks great when will it be coming out? If you do not know could you just give me a rough estimate. Also if you need any help... I am not that great at anyting to do with modding but I did master shogun total war and have been playing since I was 9! Also I have done basic modding on shogun as well... i have also come up with some ideas. Such as a possible way to include naval warfare in th game. Maybe. But it would need a modelller, texturer and a coder. As well with what I am thinking you probably would not be able make actual wave animations.
