The Thucydides in the Loeb library edition would have (ancient) greek on the left-hand pages and English on the right. Alternatively, Perseus has both English and Greek online.

The Penguin edition is very good, the Loeb is out of date now and comes in several volumes, although it would be my first stop for the Greek.
