Flags flying over cities on campaign map, some have no textures.
For instance, I am playing Roman side, and one city will have the correct eagle texture flag, while the other Roman cities will have a red flag with like a gray square in the middle. Also, other nearby neutral and enemy cities may also be missing their symbols. The general color of the flags is correct, just missing the symbols.

I don't think you have updated your build with the 074 patch. Try that and it should fix these problems.

Are you playing with a downpatched RTW Gold (RTW 1.5 with zipped RTW 1.2 Patch)?
Of some unknowen reason the flags aren't shown correctly (only these gray boxes in the middle of the flag) on RTW Gold.

YES, it is RTW Gold, downpatched to 1.2. So this will likely go away with the next release of EB?
