i do not know how to change/adjust ttl in xp

i do not know how to open the required ports in xp

I've also received a PM. Presumably from Hewhogotbanned.
I'm inclined to ignore it.
I don't need somebody barking at me like he's invented Shogun.
It seems he still can't articulate himself in a respectful manner.
Talking to me as to a little child and saying "I told you 1000 times" isn't
