Why is EB running on 1.2 anyway, it happens the same for RTR and I can't understand why. Patch 1.5 is better, I can't understand.....

Its just takes time to do these things Corinthian Hoplite both EB and RTR are volunteers doing what they can in between their individual commitments (School, Uni, Work) and in EBs case they are adding even more content and updating things already implemented.Why is EB running on 1.2 anyway, it happens the same for RTR and I can't understand why.
