3ds Max - exporting .cas error

Has anyone encountered this error before? I have no idea why its doing this when i try to export. Thanks in advance!

There is clearly something wrong with your mesh that is choking the export script.

I have had this happen before, but that was a while ago. Make sure you don't have lots of duplicate vertices, that you have the thing textured and UV mapped, and properly set up with a skin modifier.

Once you have checked all that, start looking REALLY closely at the details of your mesh. I'd have to see the mesh to give you much more info
