Changing email, and stupid passwords

Any possible way to change your email without having to type in a new password? My current password is "not strong enough" and "not long enough" to be considered to be valid. I'm supposed to have a password that is more 8 or more characters long, have one character uppercase, one lowercase character, one number, AND one special character. How the heck am I supposed to remember something like "1Omgwtf23%" or something similar when I can barely remember my own current password?
