I'd recommend this site for mods.

Particularly, I like the "Beyond the Call of Duty" mod. Just look for the newest version or whatnot. There are usually ratings, screenshots and descriptions so just look around and you'll fine something you like.

They also have mod downloads and a very helpful forum team.
