Default Optimize Windows settings for Rome Total War

Long ago, I stumbled on a site that showed me how to optimize my windows settings to get the most out of my CPU when playing RTW.

Does any one know the URL for the site? I lost all my bookmarks and can't find it doing a google search.

The sites content did enchance my game play.

    Thanks

yes i know the exact URL your talking about, i have it in my favs on my other comp but it'l be a week before i can get to it, so i'l post it here when i can, the tips on it are relatively standard though, you could just lookup better game performance or better framerates etc. etc. and get a similar guide

    -nevermind i found it
    http://www.stratcommandcenter.com/rtw/maximizepc.php

    Thank you very much!

This guide actually works for those who've never tried it.

    Sh*t, the page is down....

Hell, I`ve been wishing to play with huge settings since I got the game, and buying a new processor is too expensive...

Guess I`ll have to wait a little bit longer.

    Bye.

    PS: Thnx BTW

raso, it wouldn't have helped enough for that anyways, no big loss. I didn't really notice a significant difference in performance tell you the truth.
