Hello,

I'm high_templar, the leader of Battles of Asia mod. I'm proud to present the preview my mod.
There is nine factions :

The Mori Clan
The Shimazu Clan
The Imagawa Clan
The Uesugi Clan
The Hojo Clan
The Oda Clan
The Takeda Clan
The Ming Dynasty
The Altan Khan Empire.

There is 60 units with totally new models. The BoA mod is only for custom and multiplayer battles.

Why do all the models look like reskinned versions of Blue Lotus ones?

i want to precise and clarify the situation :

In November 2004, i've started the Battles of Asia project.
I had no skills in moddelling and in first skinning.
So, in january 2006, i contacted hoggy who was ok to give me all his models and textures.
In march 2006, hoggy sent me models and textures. I started to modify textures and models myself for a more historical render. I'm nearly alone in this project.

I address a very big thank you to hoggy for this partnership.

will there be a beta before the full release or is it going to be released full version?

It will be a mod for 1.5

I don't think there would be a beta before the final release.
