    Post New interview

There is a new interview with Bob Smith up at FiringSquad. Not much news, but Bob did say there was a demo coming and confirmed the release date of November.

Thank Mincemeat. He found it; I merely posted it at his request.

The new world has many unique and lucrative resources, such as tobacco and chocolate...
This is new to me... are these simply individual trade commodities that appear as little icon-like features on the campaign map? Or is there the option to exploit these resources more vigourously via merchants?

...This enables you to train priests by seeing off heretics and witches, to the extent where they can be elected cardinals and eventually become Pope via a Papal election...
He says later that you can come to influence the Pope's decisions. But if "your" cardinal is elected Pope, does that mean that you are brought far above normal influence and are able to Really influence Papal decisions? Hmm, would be interesting to hear more detail on this.
