Need Capable modders!
Hello!
I have begun preparations for modding RTW-BI, but I require some volentary assistance from people who know the territory. I require someone to reskin units and flags, someone to assist in the core-files modding and someone to beta test.
The nature of the mod will be revealed to those volenteers and hopefully we'll be able to get underway!

without telling people about what your mod will be and also without knowing that the mod leader (presumably you) has some skills themselves and won't just shift the burden to his team not many modders will decide to join you
more information about your mod is needed to entice modders and at the .org we have a load of tutorials that you can use to improve your own modding skills, the internet provides programs such as GIMP and it's .dds plug-in to allow us a free program to edit skins so that would be a good program to start with to begin to change what units look like
