    They helped do a bit of fighting, attacking the Pacific colonies of the Central Powers. They were promised land by the Allies, but didn't get it in Versailles.

    Post WWI: they helped fight the Reds in the Russian Civil War.

    Oh, by the way. Someone should move this to the monastery.
