Poland, don't you get it? In the matter of self preservation, you must stop this war. Sure, you might hold Moscow for two years, but that will not keep you alive. Your husaria may be strong and great but a bullet does not care! The fierce Ottoman empire and the equally cunning Swedes are knocking and if you do not answer, they will break open the door.

The Holy Roman Emperor wishes to ask publicly in full view of the world, what is you're stance towards the heathen Turk? Will you allow them to trample over Christendom? Or will you fight them? and defen the name of Christ? Already they move to strike at Hungary, already they permiate like a plague through Transylvania. Will you not fend them off, for they may speak words of soft peace, yet they cloak the dagger of harsh conquest!

In the east, the Church translates the service so that we may actually understand. The teachings of God do not say to destroy the non-believers. The Turks are people of the book! You seem to think Poland and HRE are the last bastions of the Christians. No, myself, Transylvania and all of Western Europe are too. Besides, The Ottoman empire utilizes many Christian troops so the have no intent on destroying the Christians.
You expected me to side with Poland (One of my greatest enemies) and you against the Ottoman? I would take the brunt of the attack while you too were "liberating" my cities. They seem to be more trustworthy.
Now I ask you, in public, why you so despise the Ottoman Turk? If I remember correctly you said your kingdom was one of religious tolerance.

So, you will let them pass through Transylvania, and conquer Europe? Why do I despise the Turk? He wishes Christendoms destruction, I did not so easily forget the fall of Constantinople, nor the Balkans. No matter, I need not you're swords. You're in-piety would be a hinderence to us.

Watch your mouth Emperor or I will make sure that it never utters an insult against Islam again! You say you do not easily forget the fall of Constantinople? The Holy Roman Empire and Europe did not really try hard to help the Greeks against us, most of the time the condition for helping the Greeks was that they denounce their style of Christianity and adopt yours, I assure you many a Greek preferred the Sultan rather than the Pope as their ruler. I do not wish the destruction of Christendom I only wish for the destruction of despots and zealots such as you, such people are not fit to rule.

Oh "Holy" Roman Emperor. Did the soldiers of your empire, or any other nation come to aid the Byzantines? No, you and the rest of the Catholics would not help until the Byzantines converted to Catholicism. Good example of religous tolerance in the HRE. And before that, the last crusade was basically against the Orthodox Church. Never again play the Constantinople card whenever it benefits you. Never again use that as a lightning rod. Constantinople only fell because Europe didn't care and Russia was focused on the Steppe raiders.
I speak for the Sultan and myself when I say we do not want to destroy Catholics, nay! We want to destroy those pretenders who abuse and misuse relgion for their own personal gain!

As an hsitorical sidenote, was there really any rligous tolerance in central Europe at this time?
