The Tsar gives his blessing to the Royal Families of Spain and France in their time of new peace and prosperity. May your respective and now joined families enjoy endless generations of peace! The Tsar would also like to apologise for his not being able to pruchase gifts for you. He is always on the move as of late, trying to convince the wayward children of Russia to come back to the good and honest rule of the real Tsar. He has said that he will give an official gift as soon as matters at home settle down.

Surely the Tsar of all Russias could rustle up a toaster or waffle iron for the newly wedded couple

What is a toaster? A new torture tool?

    Your highness
It is a cunning device which heats both sides of a slice of bread - or should I say "pain" - evenly to produce an evenly browned piece of grilled bread known on these shores as "Toast" No doubt, with the benefit of a twisted mind, it could be used as an instrument of torture, but the agents of King James has far more cunning weapons of persuation in their arsenals such as the comfortable chair with soft cushions.

What heresey! Warming bread to a britle golden brown, let alone flat bread!
In all honesty, the Tsar would rather not give an instrument of torture because that is an instrument of pain, he will give a peaceful gift. He is giving consideration to an exotic animal.

As a wedding present, The Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth would like to offer four fine Podolian horses, sturdy, powerful, and the pride of the Commonwealth.

The Tsar should be elected, no matter whether you were elected before, I say we see what the people think now.

    Have you just been dumped?

I ask because it's usually something like that which causes outbursts like this, needless to say I dissagree completely.

Seeing as the turbulent times will not cease for a long while, the Tsar gives two Brookei Peregrine Falcons to use for hunting or other sport. May you live long, fruitful and happy lives!
