Hey guys I receive PM's is because he was banned.
He seems pretty pissed off to be honest, I am not sure about the details but here's a message he wanted posted.

"The reason why you can't send PMs to me isn't that the PM box is full,
but that the moderator 'Ser Clegasshole' decided to ban me and accuse
me of 'promoting murder' because I didn't share his view on abortion in
the backroom... As a result I can neither send PMs, receive PMs, nor
post any explanation in the 17th century thread. I'd like to continue the
17th century interactive in some other forum, possibly the total war
center, or some invisionfree board. I'd like to hear everybody's opinion
on that, and suggestions for where to continue the story. I'll not log
in as a member to the .org after this insult from Ser Clegasshole, who
not only banned me because of this but also deleted my goodbye message
to all people at the .org, that I posted under another user name. I
haven't saved it on my HD so I can't repeat it, but in short I'd like to
send my greetings to all people I've come to know here at the .org -
those from Interactive histories, those from the AoVaF mod, the modd
ing community, the people I've had discussions with in the backroom
and all who have contributed with their humor here. Finally I request the
.org to delete me as a user from the boards because I don't wish my
account information to remain in their database."

This seems pretty seriuos, as seriuos as it can get on an online forum.
I belive we have an abligation to find out what the hell happened.
