Some pics are bad from glare, I can retake and get closer. Just tell me what you want. This is for YOUR enjoyment.

Nice collection. If you ever get some, please post pictures of Rifles like the Gewher 43 and Kar98. Only because you are into the German "Militaria". I would much rather see a Lee-Einfeld rifle, forget which model from WWII, but great stuff. I think those medals must look great in person.

That second last one, is that a campaign medal? I don't think I have seen it before...

Do you plan on getting assault badges? Those have always been my favourites. They come across as a serious cartoon of the event required for getting them. That appeals to me.

Kraxis: That second to last medal is an Occupation of the Sudetenland medal. There is an Annexation of Austria medal that looks very similar.

I am collecting Assault Badges. If you look in the case you will see I have an Infantry Assault Badge. I am also saving up for a Panzer Assault Badge and a Flak Badge, but these can get into the $300's, so with no job because I'm in school, it may be a while.

I'll try to get pictures of guns, but those are expensive too. You've at least gotten to see the bayonet (which I can get more pics if you want).

Yeah I did notice the 'rifle' badge. And in silver to boot, most are just black. Don't you get that after three cases of the award?

A real nice badge would be the Naval Flak badge. Fairly rare.

Naval Flak badges are nice yes, but not much more than normal Flak or Panzer. It all depends on the quality. There were many makers of the badges in the war and you may have seen a black version (though that would only mean it was like an aged metal of some sort). They were given one and it was usually silver plated.

Would you close up shots of it with better light? I can get that done for you tommorrow if you'd like (I'm out of town today)

I was under the impression that the badges came in 'stages'. Black for one (in case of Tank Assault it would be one tank knocked out), silver for three or so, and gold for quite a few.

Nope, it has to do with the makers materials they used.
