Thread: Loyalty

Is there a in-depth discussion anywhere on the limits and possibilities of loyalty? Has anyone ever tried to add loyalty to 1.2? All I've found for loyalty that explained much was Quick guide to Adding Loyalty in RTW v1.5.

Loyalty will not work in 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5 have some of the workings of BI in the engine. So it will work in them, but not in 1.2.

As for a more indepth guide, I dont think there is one, Stuie is the man to ask if you are serious about adding it to 1.5 and are having issues.

Not so much issues as just learning about the limitations of such a feature, and so far I'm beginning to assume its worthless to do it as implemented in BI, and that I would be better off doing it as a trait... as soon as I learn more about them and the console commands. Can you have the loyalty bar without having a shadowing faction? Its only BI that has re-emerging factions correct?

USe the BI switch to RTW and you can use shadowing for RTW. By the BI switch I mean using the BI.exe to run RTW.
