i had another large, odds against reinforcement battle w/o ctd ending in heroic victory. only traits i got this time around were "proud veteran" and "grizzled." actually, the character also got "security conscious" at the start of the next turn, but I don't know if that was related to the battle.

oddly enough, i did get a pre-battle ctd a couple of minutes ago. got ambushed by rebels, and it ctd'd. may have just been my comp, i haven't checked to see if its recurring.
