PLZ HELP ! CTD when outlawed !

Hello , so i have this problem let me explain it.

I have 1.6 BI and i play Provincial Campaign ( Mundus Magnus)in RTW(not BI). The mods that i have on 1.6 RTW are :
-RTW Enhancement Pack ( For 1.6 ) - files added manually after 1.6 vanilla installation also added the 2.2.4 patch for this with the horde ability to 3 factions
-Mundus Magnus 1.2 - files also added manually in after test that the conversion works with 1.6 ( the units are also added)
- Client Kingdoms Mod ( the advisor give you units ) -added also manually in
- Night Battles are enabled - I do it also manually with the tutorial from here
- I changed the win Conditions manually in the descr_strat so that all the factions must conquered 150 provinces to win. Romans_senate and the slave are unplayable. also another changes in the descr_strat that romans factions have more regions from the beggining.Also i have the Options_bi in the descr_strat.

SO thats it what i Have changed by myself. now I started the campaign to test it and play (as the Julii)and at the begginig it seems to work very wheel whitout errors or something else. I played it for 30 years and i got my first CTD. that was because the historic_event : through_a_glass_clearly . Then i added also the unofficial bug fixer patch manually in and it worked . The CTD was gone. Now im 50 years played in the campaign marian_reforms are happened, my popularity with the senate has one star and with the people 5. I have the senate mission to give back a city to the brutii or i be outlawed . the mission expires next turn. So if i didnt give back the city i got a ctd , when i do it, it didnt. So the CTD definitly has to do with the outlaw event or the roman_senate. The CTD happens directly after I press the end turn button. The first Ai faction after my (Julii) is the Brutii (i checked that out).
So my question is where can this CTD come from ( i have show_err activate but it doenst show me any errors ) also ( -mod) than whitout that it doenst working . The files that have to do with this senate event or with the senate as faction i didnt change. No one of this mods(that i have) affect this files also. I think the files are : In data/text folder:event_titles.txt;event_strings.txt ; strat.txt and in data folder: descr_event_images.txt ; descr_event_enums.txt and descr_senate.txt

I checked here also but i cannot find something wrong . the only thing that it can be is maybe the tga´s in the ui folder. can somebody list me all the tga´s that i need for this outlaw events and where it must be in the ui folder so that i can check that also ?
Also another problem with the outlaw is that i cannot be outlawed anymore on this way : When i play it in 1.2 it was simple i send a assasin to rome to kill a senate general and if they fails i was automatically outlawed and can begin the civil war. now this function also didnt work anymore . I didnt get a ctd when that happens only themessage your assasin has failed and has been killed but whitout outlaw event. When I do that with another faction that ive been allied the alliance is automatically brooken. So I think i can give you all the informations you need to help me out in this case plz help !!!!

Also i have the Options_bi in the descr_strat

What precisely is that entry supposed to do? Have you tried to remove that line? It´s the only thing I can think of right now, as I have no idea what the enhancement pack and the Client Kingdom mod do precisely.

Ok so ....

1. The Enhancement Pack is a mod that brings many Bi options into the RTW Imperial campaign. ( here a link http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=34998 )
2. Client kingdoms is a mod that gives you factions specify units over the advice thread ( here a link https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=46728 )

3. You must put this options_bi line in your descr_strat because if you didnt you can´t play the Rtw campaign with the Bi options (for example swimming units , night battles etc )

4 . I get an answer to my question already its because the Bi.exe doesnt support the function for the superfaction to outlaw you or the other roman factions ( for more informations here a link in your thread https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=67461 )
