Saxon Total War needs help!

Hello again! Anyone thinking Saxon Total War was dead are wrong, but I desperately need modellers, skinners and mappers. GrimSta PMed me while I was on holiday and I have renewed interest in the project. (also I am English... always helps ;) )

Snevets still has not returned after about 2 months...
and Uranos never got back to me either.

Anyone who can help at all contact me in some way.

I am not going to let this mod die, even if I have to merge with someone.

Byzantine Emperor, you should have a look at Age of Vikings and Fanatics. Next to all of their models are done, and camp map too as far I know. But the mod is dead. A motivated codder can probably bring it back to life:

Anyway I suppose I could help them...

EDIT: I still would like to continue my mod. The main problem is there is so little possible on units with only skinning, and I can't model. Also Uranos could not get the map to work. If these two things
were in place, Saxon TW would be making progress.

Well, I guess it's the same time frame than your mod. Only difference is that AoVaF got whole Europe and Mediterannea as playing area, but special intention is given to Britain with playables factions as Wessex, Gwynedd, Irish and Alba. I suggest you to read well all their thread (select threads "from the beginning" and not default option of forum, last month).

They did release a unit pack with Vikings and Saxons, and Im sure edzymedieval will be happy to give you what he got if you want to take the loads of the mod (as I know, it's essentially codding!).

Otherwise, we are going to release Arthurian: TW in 4 days. I guess you are going to try it

Feel free to ask for some units, and eventually if you like our map... Well, even if it doesn't feature Scandinavia we got a "dragon" landmass that can be converted in something like this, we got also Northern Gaul featured. That would be ton of work (and keep in mind that MTW2 is near and it can be a very good idea for a mod! There is already a Viking Invasion II unofficial project started on TWC), but Im sure between AoVaF and ATW you can sort something. Just PM me if you are interested!
