I personally lived in Asia for a loooong time (and quite close to the old Crown Jewel of France, Indochina, for that) and the only anti-French sentiment came up in history lessons around the Colonial period. Out of the classroom and the French looked just like any other Westerners out there.
And I've heard Francophone countries aren't exactly hateful of their former masters. No more than the English, or perhaps only a little bit more.
Your list is kinda weird, no offense. Personally, I think the US is generally recognized as one of the most hated countries in the world, if only because people can point it out on the map while most wouldn't be able to locate Honduras or Nepal to hate.
