    curious where in the folders do i edit the lethality for the game

    You find it in the EXPORT_DESCR_UNIT.txt under the folder data for EB.

    Highlighted numbers are lethality. You need to edit each unit individually. I believe vanilla in it is set to 1 which is likely the maximum?

    Ugh, thought there was a universal feature like that of the movement modifiers buried somewhere. by curiousity is that some of the EB attack swing delay numbers you listed?

    The numbers in bold are the lethality rates; i.e. the attacker's chance of killing once his attack has overcome the defender's defense.
    THe number just left to the bold number, is the swing delay.
