curious where in the folders do i edit the lethality for the game
You find it in the EXPORT_DESCR_UNIT.txt under the folder data for EB.

Highlighted numbers are lethality. You need to edit each unit individually. I believe vanilla in it is set to 1 which is likely the maximum?

The numbers in bold are the lethality rates; i.e. the attacker's chance of killing once his attack has overcome the defender's defense.
THe number just left to the bold number, is the swing delay.
