Unfortunately there are still several CTD issues in the current version, though most of them have been ironed out and solutions have been posted for some.

What exactly is your issue? You might want to have a look at the various sticky threads in ATW's public forum at TWC.

In particular, are you getting CTD's at a certain year in the campaign, while performing certain actions, or just on loading/at the main menu?
