Need help from UK members about hardware

Hello .org members from UK.

Can somebody give me link or links to the greatest (with good reputation - I mean like newegg.com in USA) on-line reatailers of PC hardware in UK. I know for overclockers.co.uk but need more to compare prices and services.

I have option to buy in UK via friend who live in London (and has UK passport and citizenship). Actually, he wiil buy and send me via UPS to me in Serbia.

And how VAT function? In Serbia is 18%.
