Saxon Total War is dead

As much as I hate to say it, I have to declare Saxon Total War dead. It has not received adequate help, and now it will not be continued except as maybe a mod of Arthurian Total War. I have decided I will mod for fun for the remainder of RTW's life, and release what I do. Saxon Total War may well be restarted for M2TW, when people have got to grips with modding it. Hopefully then it can be done.

Oh no, Im not twiddling my thumbs. I am making a map for Alexander Total War at the moment. I will probably help a mod with a lack of coders, (I can skin a little and map a little, but not model) but I am not starting any project unitl M2TW release.

Maybe later, but this Mod must be done as individual, not as a sub-mod of Arthurean or another, mith own map, units, art and music. Simply because well done it will be great!
Make your work without hurry and don't close the doors for opportunities.

It will quite possibly be made for M2TW, because the time it would take to make would run right past M2TW's release date, so the improved engine is a better option.
