Ok...so..here's what's going on.
I have
RTR PE 1.5
4tpy mod
and the landblock mod all working properly.

I still need the metro naval mod, the multi-part zipped files are driving me up the wall, every time I try to open them I get a "this file is corrupted" or "these files are identical" or this here..
