    I am needing the Adobe Fotoshop, i dont know if it can be downloaded?or i have to buy this program?

    You can download a 30 day trial version for free. The full program is quite expensive, but Photoshop Elements costs about $90. This has been adequate for my needs: editing textures, unit cards, and maps.
