Disapointed in the Redwings off-season. They needed to get younger, speedier and grittier - especially up front - and all they've added is 35 yr old Greg Johnson, and Danny Markov on the blue line. Admittedly Markov is a good player, but adding another top 4 D-man was not our priority IMO.

Letting Shanny go was correct, he had the quietest 40 goal season in the history of the league (mainly through playing with Datsyuk) and disappeared (again) in the playoffs.

And don't even get me started on Hasek....
