Tough one, I for one don't like the fully plated things and knights much. So it was close between Trebizond Archers, Huscarls and Strezlcy.

In the end I choose for the Trebizond Archers, but I would have voted for all three if I had the chance.

Venetian Heavy Infantry. Tough-looking, with minimal frills, and armed with a spiked hammer! I simply can't wait to see what they do to armored opponents.

Zweihanders were a close second, though, as I imagine them being a European equivalent to my old STW fave, the No Dachi. Man, I loved that unit. Wind 'em up and watch 'em carve through the enemy line. Ah, fond memories.
