    In Colorado, prairie dogs, which have had to face the possiblity of being shot, poisoned, drowned and vacuumed, face a new threat: high explosives.

    I get the image of some farmers hunting after prairie dogs using huge artillery pieces or bazookas. Or maybe a railgun.

    I thought the issue with priarie dogs was the hole they left in the ground...

    So the solution is to make a bigger hole?
