I think you're correct about the cause. I once had exactly this problem when I was experimenting with names. In this case I was attempting to cram every characters' full name into his first name and blank out the last name. At first I simply put a carriage return after the last name in data\text\names.txt. This caused a crash when ever you try to save a game, and of course every time you hit the end turn button, the game autosaves after all the AI turns are complete.Originally Posted by reahad
You probably need to add just a few names at a time and then test. It's time consuming, but should solve the problem.
