No, but the only way we can make the Incans have that many cities compared to the Chimu and other factions and still have a nice balance is if we make the Incans extremely weak, which will be boring. We can make the Incans larger than the other factions, that makes sense, but I think that's a little TOO overpowered.

well, ya i understand what you meant, so just give them half the list, and give the other half to rebels!

Well, first we should get a list of all potential cities to use and show them on a map, then we'll cut out ones that are too close, faction has too many of them, etc... And, of course, we'll give some to rebels, too.

Well there is a few which a close to each other so we cancel them, thats a lot off because most cities around the capital Cuzco

I agree. the game will be totaly biased towards the incans if we leave it as is. We need to make some more rebel states, possibly a new faction or two (but that will be lobor intensive, so rebels will likely be best.) and warlusters idea will make things easier.

That's his post. Isn't that a little too many cities for the Incans 0_o. If you remember in RTW, most factions only started with 2-3 cities, 4-5 tops.

Thats not the problem.

If we found more cities for more factions, we can make a capture 30 provinces and take control of Cuzco, for example.
And slaves in the mod?We are going to include they?What names, armies and rebels names?

They'll be just like the rebels in RTW. For example, if a rebel family member pops up in Incan territory, he will get an Incan name, Incan portrait, and Incan small army.

And CF, I don't understand your last post completely. Do you actually think we should use all of those cities for the Incans?

Well, Byzantine is on vacation (or something like that). I also need Rex to tell me which of the traits/ancillaries are traits and which ones are ancillaries! We need Antarki to help with the cities, too. Hopefully they will get back here soon!

To fix that we could let the other factions get units quicker e.g. the Incans can get Hacha in city_barracks but all the Chachapoyas need to get them is a militia_barracks...

We are leaving on the 4th of January and ariving home on the 7th, I can mod again by the 8th or 9th!!
