Traits!!

Wouldn't it be cool if your general got traits like "Horribly Scarred" he would have horrific scars on his face and visable limbs!!

Yeah, but there are only a few traits that could incorporate this.

So, I don't think its going to go down.

Ha, I could imagine some traits which could be associated with either graphical effects, animations, or just weirdness.

For instance, "completely crazy" and in the middle of the battle your general just leaves the battle field.

Or "Mad" and he goes around swinging his sword everywhere and rolling his eyes

Or the frightful "Org Mod" trait. +2 Dread AND they go into every battle with a black hooded cloak on and slightly unsettling (or completely missing) eyes.
