I don't know anything about these but I hear you can use these to play old games. Specifically I'm looking for that one Mario RPG for SNES and Simants(if that was on SNES)

Can anyone help me here?

I never understood why these things aren't legal.
Mean it is damn near impossible to get like NES or SNES games these days from a shop.
Only way is from a collector and that don't give any money to Nintendo either.
