Sasaki, I think those two reasons are both accurate. The lack of a deadline has two effects: because there's no deadline in getting PM's sent in, and because there are so many roles, it necessarily takes longer for all the moves to be made. In addition, because there's no deadline in voting, and because a majority is needed to lynch, voting can go on for a long time before any decisions are made. By my count there are two games currently going on: Sasaki's current game, and GH's new Mafia IV game. (If you count Mini-Mafia there are three.) Therefore I'm not going to start my game until one of them ends, as I agree with the guideline proposed here.
