I'm the same way... I'm 18 but mentally i'm around 60 or so... I'm grumpy and forget simple daily things... For example, i'll fill the kettle with water, and forget to switch it on... Then forget i even wanted to make a cup of tea in the first place so it doesn't matter that i forgot to switch it on...
