I've currently got 22 regions as Scipii, Taken all of Spain, all of Africa, and fighting on 3 fronts Brits, Egypt and Pontus.I don't know, I just read that a lot of people find having money to be really hard in RTW, but I've yet to experience this in any of my campaigns
I am currently on -2000 per turn meaning I am in ever spiraling deficit, and only a hurried expantion to exterminate another city gives me any money to retrain/recruit/build.
after being last turn in -8000, I forced Carthage into rebellion, and retook the city giving me 18000 denari and finally some spending money... for 1 turn at least
