WOW .vs. EQ2.vs. AA .vs. BF2/2142

Hey,

what is your favortie game out of the 4? I got both BF2, and AA,I love BF2 (though I can't play AA, dunno how to install 2.7). I would love to play WOW, but I don't got that monthly 12-15 bucks coming into my pocket every month. Though trying to get a nice little job somewhere. What you guys think about these games,you pick??

BF2 is fun. I use to play on 1280x1024 with everything set to max. That is when I actually had a desktop and more free time.

I'm not really a fan of games like wow, so I wouldnt recommend it.

I played only AA for a couple of hours, but 2.7 is not that great IMO, I should still reinstall it somewhen though.

Yea, I tried Guild Wars,since it was free and have 2 million people +,but I didn't liek it much. was addicted to it for 2 months, then I stoped. I prefer BF2, which I do every day,besides RTW..

I only had problems installing 2.7 when the partition with my OS had less than 3 or 4 GB of free space because it automatically unpacks into the OS partition before installing. For the installation, it's like any other only that it needs insane amounts of time (~five minutes) to open that 2.5GB .exe file and then unpack 3GB of installation files before it installs 3.5GB into any chosen directory. Talk about crappy installation procedures...
The installation, once it starts, is like any other, you just need insane amounts of free disk space.

OT: WoW - Rubbish, as with all mmorpgs.

EQ2 - Erm, whats that?

AA - I squeezed 40 hours out of 2.6, mainly becuase I was playing with school mates whilst on skype so it was just a laugh, but even so, I got bored and I havn't bothered trying out 2.7.

Battlefield: Shockingly I've never played either, I might get 2142 at christmas, and instead of bf2 I bought CoD2 (when looking for a fps game earlier this year) which I regret, because all the vehicles sounds like great fun.

EQ2- Everquest 2

BF2- Kick butt on it, over 30+ hours so far os so on it

BF2142, get it for X-Mas
