MP experience is what counts for me in TW series and if RTW was rated more then 90% not to mention how much better it could be made (seemed like beta version to me) then why to give any attention on such reviews?

I don't know why, but a lot of emphasis is put on these game magazine ratings. If you go to .com, you'll see that they have removed all the ratings that the game magazines gave RTW.
