I wouldn't be surprised if they stick him in there in some capacity just as a joke, like the Judean Zealots and their People's Front. I actually liked the Monty Python reference there.

"I request permanent reassignment to the Gallic frontier. Nay, I demand reassignment. Perhaps it is improper to say so, but I refuse to fight against the Greeks or Macedonians any more. Give my command to another, for I cannot, I will not, lead an army into battle against a civilized nation so long as the Gauls survive. I am not the young man I once was, but I swear before Jupiter Optimus Maximus that I shall see a world without Gauls before I take my final breath."
Senator Augustus Verginius
That gave me a good laugh. I like it![]()

-Oscar WildeNow that the House of Commons is trying to become useful, it does a great deal of harm.
He was in MTW I, you known, as one of the "heroes" characters, together with El Cid, Vlad Tepes, Joan d´Arc and a couple of others. You could get him when you trained a unit in Mercia at a certain date (don´t remember which, though). I´d like to see those hero characters return, but I have no idea whether each unit has an individual leader as in MTW or if the only characters (with traits) are the family members like in RTW.Originally Posted by Furious Mental
He was in, but you could only get him by setting up a rebellion in Mercia (or was it Wessex? I believe there was a mistake in the game), around 1190, then bought the rebel commander who was named Robin Hood, who would then become Robin of Locksley.Originally Posted by Ciaran
However I never got him.
