He was in MTW I, you known, as one of the "heroes" characters, together with El Cid, Vlad Tepes, Joan d´Arc and a couple of others. You could get him when you trained a unit in Mercia at a certain date (don´t remember which, though). I´d like to see those hero characters return, but I have no idea whether each unit has an individual leader as in MTW or if the only characters (with traits) are the family members like in RTW.

He was in, but you could only get him by setting up a rebellion in Mercia (or was it Wessex? I believe there was a mistake in the game), around 1190, then bought the rebel commander who was named Robin Hood, who would then become Robin of Locksley.
However I never got him.
