...while this Samsung model has already fallen below $750 in the US at some stores, it is priced at a whopping ~£1,000 in the UK, which works out at around US$1,870 or about 2.5 times their current lowest US pricing...

So the usual happens. Whoever else wins, the long-suffering British consumer ends up broke/without their latest fancy gadget. Although this case has to take the crown of ripoffs.

And Samsung sucks anyway... not that I have much time to sit in front of the Tube Very Often, except maybe to play Xbox 360 at 2:00 in the morning.
