Problem with the neitos reforms.

It's currently 207 in my aedui campaign and i'm unable to recruit neitos in any of my cities. I've checked in the descr_building textfile and the only thing that seems to be missing is the polybian reform building. I've also went through the ebscript text file and noticed that the text file only gave the romans the building. Kinda wondering if there's a different way to get the reforms to happen other then going through the script and writing in the aedui to recieve the building also. This might also be related to rywcalawre's problem.

The Celtic Reforms have bee ncompletely reworked for v.80. Among other things, they don't require the Roman Reform buildings. You'll see a major difference in this area of the mod.

I believe the reforms occur at the end of 207. At least, that's what I remember from playing as Rome a while back...

Just play a few more turns and see if the reforms hit.

I'd say that the Neitos reforms in 0.74 are synchronous with the Marian reforms, that is, 107 BC.
