Default Power consumption tests of gaming platforms.

I found this very interesting. It tests power usage of the PC, 360, PS3, and Wii during it's various operations. During gamming the PC uses the most power. During DVD playback the PS3 takes the most Watts.

Sort of interesting- the results were pretty much what I would've suspected. I knew the Wii would use the least and the PC the most, but I didn't think the Wii would come out ahead in power consumption by such a large margin.

    Go Green, Go Wii.

So if you know any greenies into console games, make sure you point out how much more power they use if they are playing a PS3 over a Wii. Make their day.
