Athens: from Philosophers to Soldiers

Hi there, I decided to finally make a PBEM using the Rome Total War mod, Rise Of Persia. In this PBEM (which will be my first) we will be playing Athens. Here are some basic rules (if any other good ideas I will add them thanks):

1. Cheating is not allowed.
2. Everyone has 10 years (20 turns) as the faction leader. If the faction leader dies within those years, the player may choose to eaither A. Pass it to the next player or B. Become the faction heir, thus becoming the leader.
3. Don't purpossley kill your leader to become the faction heir.
4. 2 terms mostly as the faction heir (if the faction leader dies twice).
